General Information:

• Abstracts must be submitted in English.

• Each presenter may submit no more than two abstracts.

• Submitted abstracts will only be used for the AsiaFlux Conference 2025.

• By submitting an abstract, you grant the committee permission to publish accepted abstracts in the conference book.

• Submitted abstracts will be evaluated by designated conveners for scientific merit and content quality.

• Confirmation of acceptance will be sent by 10 September 2025.

• An abstract ID will be assigned upon acceptance, please refer this ID in all related correspondence.

• Although the conference topic and presentation mode (oral or poster) has been chosen by the authors during the submission, it may be changed during session scheduling. Author’s preferred topic and presentation mode is usually honored though not always guaranteed to be satisfied.

Submission Guideline:

• Visit the submission page to create a new abstract submission.

• Abstracts must be text-only and may not exceed 300 words, using Arial font with 12 pt bold for title and 11 pt for body text at 1.15 line spacing. 

• The abstract must include: (1) title, (2) author list with affiliations, (3) main text covering objectives, methods, results, and conclusions, (4) maximum 5 keywords, and (5) research funding (if applicable). 

• Name files as ConferenceTopic_Presenter Full Name_AsiaFlux_2025 (e.g., Topic 1_Budi Setiawan_AsiaFlux_2025).
