General Information:
Oral presentations are allocated 10 minutes, including 8 minutes for the presentation and 2 minutes for Q&A.
All the oral presentation schedules are available on the Scientific Sessions Agenda page.
Selected oral presentation submissions may be offered poster presentation opportunities based on program scheduling considerations
The conference room equipped with a laser pointer, Windows-based computer, projector and screen - no personal devices will be allowed
All presentation files will only be used for the AsiaFlux Conference 2025.
Presentation Preparation Material:
The maximum size of the presentation file is 25 MB
The slide size must be widescreen (16:9)
Please use font type of Arial in proportional size (tittle: 24 pt; sub-title: 20 pt; body text: 16-18 pt)
Provide high-resolution picture for bitmapped image based file (e.g. .jpg, .png) in the presentation for visually clear and readable presentation by the audience.
Please disable all slide transition animations in your presentation
The presentation should be in PowerPoint with the file extension of .pptx, .ppsx and .pps.
Presentation Submission:
The presenter must send their presentation file to the committee via email no later than 15 October 2025.
Presenter who fail to send their presentation must bring a copy of their presentation to the session room device at least 15 minutes before the session starts. Note that only thumb drives are acceptable.
The file name format is GivenName_FamilyName_AsiaFlux_2025 (e.g., Steven Gunawan_AsiaFlux_2025).
Be considerate to the other speakers by staying within your allocated time, which includes discussion and transition to the next speaker.
Conveners will strictly enforce this to ensure adequate time for questions and to maintain the schedule.

General Information:
Poster presenters will be given 3 minutes to present a summary of their poster during the scheduled poster session.
Please refer Scientific Sessions Agenda for the poster presentation schedules.
Poster set-up:
Presenters must put-up posters: 20 & 21 October 2025 (17:00 - 17:30 GMT+7).
Presenters must remove posters: 24 October 2025 (17:00 - 17:30 GMT+7).
Any posters remaining on the display panel after the alloted time will be discarded.
Committee provides adhesive tapes and scissors, if you require additional materials for your poster presentation, please bring them with you.
Best Poster Presenter will be evaluated by the Convener based on:
Scientific quality and novelty
Poster design
Ability of presenter to answer questions
Awards will be presented at the Closing Remarks (last day of the conference) and each winner will receive:
Poster Preparation Material:
Posters should be A0 portrait size, with the dimensions of 1189 mm high x 841 mm wide.
Your poster should contain the Introduction, Materials & Methods, Results, and Conclusion as described in your accepted abstract.
Clearly display your abstract ID, poster title, and author names at the top of the poster with the presenter's name should be underlined and in bold lettering.
The poster must be printed prior to poster sessions.
You have complete freedom to display your information using figures, tables, text, photographs, etc.
A successful poster presentation depends on how well you convey information to the audience.
