Flux Measurement Training
This training will introduce participants to the Eddy Covariance technique, the most advanced approach in flux monitoring. The training will cover essential insights, including basic theory, instrument selection and operation, data processing, and data analysis.
Given the importance of measuring trace gas fluxes to unravel the processes behind flux dynamics, the training will also delve into the measurement of trace gases from soil, including instrumentation, installation, and computation of soil fluxes. Participants will be provided with a live demonstration and hands-on experience with instrument installation. The training will also cover the most advanced carbon dioxide isotope analyzer.
Notes:
The Eddy Covariance training will be delivered by the LICOR.
Considering the logistical requirements, the training session has a capacity of 70 participants.
Selected training participants will be confirmed by the committee via email at info@asiaflux2025.com.
