Transportation

The organizing committee will provide all necessary ground transportation throughout the duration of the conference. This includes:

• Airport Transfers: Transportation between Sultan Syarif Kasim II International Airport and the conference venue for both arrival and departure (estimated travel time per trip is 2–3 hours).

• Local Shuttles: Daily transportation services operating between the designated hotel and the conference venue.

• Field Excursion: All required ground transportation for the scheduled field excursion.

Airport pick-up and drop-off are arranged. Shuttles will run for arrivals/departures between 19 and 26 October 2025. Please share your arrival time and flight details with info@asiaflux2025.com

• Only one exit gate for domestic and one for international arrivals.

• After the exit gate, look for Liaison Officers holding AsiaFlux Conference 2025 signage.

• Airport pick-up: 9 am, 11 am, 2 pm, 4 pm, 6 pm, and 8 pm.

• Airport drop-off: 8 am and 2 pm.

Daily transfers will be provided between the conference venue and Unigraha and associated Premises during 21 – 25 October 2025.

• Kerinci hotels (Aini, Grand, Meranti, and Dikaraya).

• Pekanbaru hotels (Prime Park, Grand Central, and Pangeran).

The daily pick-up and drop-off schedules are as follow:

• Daily pick-up: Kerinci hotels (7 am), Pekanbaru hotels (6 am).

• Daily drop-off: Kerinci hotels (9 pm), Pekanbaru hotels (11 pm).

Conference Venue

The Asia Flux conference will be held at the Riau Complex in Pangkalan Kerinci, Pelalawan Regency, Riau, Indonesia.

The conference program will be centered around two main venues: the RGE Community Center (RGE CC) and the APRIL Learning Institute (ALI). For a detailed schedule of events and their respective locations, please refer to the Scientific Session Agenda.
