Invitation letters will only be issued to the confirmed conference participants.
To support your seamless participation in AsiaFlux Conference 2025, we are pleased to offer a formal invitation letter to assist with your Indonesia VISA application.Â

Free Visa (A1 Visa)
The A1 visa exemption arrangement allows for a single entry into Indonesia. This arrangement is available to citizens of specific countries and permits a stay of up to 30 days, starting from the date of arrival. Please note that this stay permit is non-extendable and cannot be converted into any other type of stay permit.

Visa on Arrival (B1 Visa)
Visa on Arrival (VoA) can be obtained upon arrival in Indonesia at designated airports, seaports or land border checkpoints. VoA is valid for a maximum stay of 30 days from the first day of arrival regardless of the time of arrival.

Calling Visa
Certain nationalities require a Calling Visa to enter Indonesia. This involves a pre-approval process by the Directorate of Immigration, including a Q&A session with 11 government institutions.
Countries requiring a Calling Visa: Afghanistan, Guinea, Israel, North Korea, Cameroon, Liberia, Niger, Nigeria, and Somalia.
If you are from one of these countries, please begin the visa application well in advance to allow sufficient processing time. If you are already in Indonesia with a Calling Visa obtained for another purpose, please provide a copy to the AsiaFlux 2025 Secretariat for early coordination with Immigration.

Tourism Visa (C1 Visa)
If your nationality is not eligible for Visa-Free Entry or Visa on Arrival and not in the list of Calling Visa, you will need to apply for a Tourism Visa.
The Tourism Visa is a visitor visa for single entry to Indonesia with a first stay permit of up to 60 days, starting from the arrival date. This stay permit is extendable and eligible for conversion into a temporary stay permit with.
